Requirements:

Our dual degree program offers a MBA degree through in-person coursework at ¸£ÀûÒ»ÇøÔÚÏß.

How to apply:

Since this is a dual degree program, you will need to apply first to the ¸£ÀûÒ»ÇøÔÚÏß Joe R. and Teresa Lozano Long School of Medicine (MD) and gain acceptance.  Then as a medical student, you will apply to the MBA program at ¸£ÀûÒ»ÇøÔÚÏß. You must meet the admissions requirements for each degree as outlined by the specific schools.

In Fall MS2 year, you will be eligible to apply.  Here are the official application steps:

• Step 1: Fill out the MD/MBA Intent to Apply form by October 1, 2026
• Step 2: Meet individually with the LSOM program leadership
• Step 3: If selected, receive a nomination letter from LSOM program leadership
• Step 4: Complete the by November 1, 2026
• Step 5: Start the program January 2027

Our MD/MBA Program has only one-track for completion within five-years. Please see the below graphic for a timeline when you’ll be taking coursework in each of the degrees.
